CATERING POLICY
The NAAM has an in-house exclusive catering contract with Executive Chef Jemil, proprietor at the
Museum Café. Please contact Chef Jemil at 206.328.7501 to discuss the many intriguing menu options
that are available for your event.
MEETING-ONLY RENTAL RATES
Between the hours of 10AM and 5PM, half-day or full-day rental space is available for small [maximum of
35 people] corporate or other group meetings. The Meeting-Only rental rate is $300 for a maximum of two
hours. Breakfast and/or lunch should be off-site, or the reduced Meeting-Only rental rate will not apply.
Regular rental fees will apply if breakfast and/or lunch are desired during the meeting.
SECURITY & STAFF FEES
A Museum staff member is automatically assigned to all events with up to 100 guests. Every additional
100 guests will require that a Museum staff member be assigned, and a Museum Staff Fee be charged, at
the rate of $25 per hour. Events held after normal museum hours will incur a security guard fee for opening
and closing the building.
All rates listed are generally based on a 4 hour minimum.
There will be charges for use of additional museum facilities depending on size of the event, type of activity, audio/video requirement and set-up and tear-down times. Any additional time will be pro-rated on an hourly basis.
Organizations with a 501(c)3 tax status qualify for a 30% reduction for facility fees.
AV/IT technician is available for additional fee.
The museum is open to the public on Thursdays until 7:00pm, which precludes exclusiveness of these spaces until that time.
The exclusive caterer for Museum events is Chef Jemil, please contact the Catering Director Melissa Marsh at chefjemilcatering@yahoo.com or 206.328.7501 for information.
No food or drink allowed in exhibit galleries at any time during your event.
